  18.     All 33.6 v.34 firmwares have been removed (temporarily) from the
  19. USR FTP and www sites and from their BBS.  From the looks of things USR
  20. has run into some legal problems with international patents or copyrights of
  21. something like that.  Basically they're not currently allowed to use 33.6
  22. v.34 outside of the US/Canada.  If you live in North America, you can call
  23. USR tech support and they will send a copy of the newest firmware
  24. (1/23/96) to you free of charge (either via modem, on disk, e-mail or
  25. whatever).
